TransRockies Photo CD Package: $250

TR3 (3 day solo) Photo CD Package: $150

Photos of you and your partner will be featured on a CD of high resolution images. The CD will include action shots of your team during various stages of the TransRockies as well as a selection of images of the camps, trails, and scenery capturing the exciting TransRockies atmosphere.

Guarantee: Anyone who has pre-purchased a photo package will be required to preview and approve your photo package prior to the shipping of the CD. If you are not satisfied with your images you will receive a 100% refund.

To View Your Team Photos: Go to the home tab (above) then click on TR 09 TEAM PHOTOS. Galleries are listed in order of team number. The first gallery, "Camps, Trails, Scenes and Atmosphere," contains images which will be included in all photo packages.

To Purchase the TransRockies Photo CD Package click on the home tab (above). Then click on the Thumbnail of the photo package. For example: TransRockies Bike 2009 Photo Package. Click Buy Now and follow instructions. Please enter your team number in the comments box after you fill out your shipping address.

There is an $11.00 shipping charge.

Checking Out: You will need to login to checkout your order. If you are new to the site please complete the registration form to create a username and password.

We utilize PayPal for purchases made on this site. You do not need to register with PayPal to make a purchase.

My Account: This page shows your order history and also allows you to download any instant download orders.

Instuctions below are for purchasing images from the 2008 TransRockies:

To bring up all the images of your team where your team number is visible, enter your team number in the “Keyword Search”. Images from both the TR Bike and TR Run will come up.

To search just the Run or just the Bike enter your team number followed by +Bike or +Run (no space after +). You can also use the advanced Search option by selecting a category from the drop down menu.

Even if some photos of your team come up with the search, the best images of you may still be in the unidentified galleries.

The Lightbox: Check the box below an image to add it to the lightbox. The lightbox is YOUR collection of images. Click on the lightbox tab on the upper navigation bar to see your lightbox. You may add up to 30 images to your lightbox.

Shopping Cart: Select the photo that you want to purchase and click on the shopping cart button (Buy Now). Photos can only be added one at a time. The shopping cart then displays your selected photo. Check the Product box, then click add to cart. The next page shows all the images you have selected and the total price. If you wish to delete an image from your order before proceeding to checkout, simply hit the remove link on the right side. Click on continue shopping to add more photos to your shopping cart. Click check out to proceed with purchase.

• Pay Per Purchase (PPP) :
  Price $40.00 CDN (Canadian dollars). Select any single TransRockies image.

• Choose 6 images:
  Price $120.00 CDN. Select any 6 TransRockies images.

• Choose 20 images:
  Price $190.00 CDN. Select any 20 TransRockies images.

Photo Packages: This process is a bit convoluted but it is the only way to offer a significant discount to people wanting to buy multiple images.(6 photos for $120; or 20 photos for $190).

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS FOR PURCHASING A PACKAGE OF PHOTOS:

1. Login (or register if you are not already)

2. Place the images you would like in your lightbox.

3. Once you have chosen your images, go to the "PRODUCTS"menu at the top of the page.   Choose the package you would like to purchase.   Click "continue".

4.  Click "Buy Now".   This will automatically take you to Pay Pal's secure server in order to process your payment.  You do not have to register with paypal to purchase the images.

5.  Paypal will ask you to review your payment.  Once you are satisfied, click on the PAY NOW button.

6. Once your payment is processed, click "return to merchant" to return to danhudson.ca

7.  Once you are back on the danhudson site, click on the "Payment Method" link near the top left of the page.   The package you have purchased will become an option on this page (ie: "Choose 6 images").  Click your package, then press "set".

8.  Now, go to your lightbox and click "BUY NOW" on each photo (one at a time), to enter the photos you wish to download into your shopping cart.  You will have to repeat this step for every photo you wish to download.

9.  Once the exact number of photos are in your shopping cart (ie: 6 or 20), click "CHECK OUT".

If you have too few or too many photos in your shopping cart (ie: 5 instead of 6), you will not be given the option to "check out".  You must have the same number of photos in your shopping cart that you have just purchased. Delete or add images until you have the right amount of photos for your package.

10.  Once you have checked out, click onto the "COMPLETE ORDER" button.  This will take you to your account order page.   You will see a column in the table called "ACTION" - there, you will find a download icon.  Press that icon and follow the instructions to download the images to your computer.

Image File Download Terms: All digital files, whether for web use or print use are "Rights Managed". Our terms are as follows: Image files purchased from this site are for your personal use only. You may have the image printed for your personal use (non commercial, non media) as often as you like. You may use it on your website or for any other personal (non commercial, non media). Each image file is copyrighted to the photographer and CANNOT be re-sold or re-used in any way without permission from the photographer.
